We aim to supply quality products on time and to the customers satisfaction at all times, however if you are not happy with your purchase of our goods or services then please contact us to advise of your problems/issues and we will try to resolve it. Returns are accepted but need to have prior agreement and a refund of goods will be issued once the goods are received back in the same condition as dispatched. Please note we only refund for the value of the goods, any carriage costs charged on your purchase will not be refunded unless your goods have not been received or are received 100% damaged. Any washed items will not be accepted as returns. We suggest if you are unsure of your purchase that you contact us first to avoid any confusion and we can hopefully guide you in the right direction.
